1. Warranty

1.1 Lifetimefree wanrranty

We solemnly promises that all the products purchased by the company will be provided with free maintenance services for life if they are damaged due to the products themselves during use. The return shipping cost of the product is borne by both parties in half.

1.2 Cases of non-warranty

(1) The driver is damaged due to the customer’s own wiring error
(2) The driver is damaged due to exceeding the rated working voltage
(3) The DC power supply drive is connected to the AC power supply, resulting in damageto the driver
(4) The driver is damaged due to the extremely harsh environment of the customer’s site,
such as humidity, extreme cold, extreme heat and other harsh environmental factors,and
the company is not notified in advance
(5) The customer disassembles the drive shell without permission or the serial labelnumber is torn off
(6) 15 days after the customer confirms the receipt, the shell is obviously damaged or impacted, resulting in damage to the drive
(7) Irresistible natural disasters, such as fires, earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons and other factors

In the above cases, the company will charge a certain maintenance cost after assessing
the interests of all parties, and the rest of the cases are permanently free of charge.

2. About Exchange Products

2.1 Product failure replacement

For the failure of the new product itself, the company provides a three-month free replacement service.

After our technical support staff confirms that the product itself is a problem, we will send the product back to our company to avoid the loss of time and postage on the round -trip. The customer needs to send the faulty product back by express or logistics first, and the company will send another new product back to the customer as soon as it is received.

Note: All of the company’s products have undergone strict testing and aging before leaving the warehouse, so it is extremely rare for new products to fail, please be sure to read the manual carefully or consult our technical support personnel when operating, or our technical support personnel will assist customers remotely to operate

The following points should be paid attention to when exchanging:
(1) Please be sure to complete the packaging when sending it back to avoid damage during transportation
(2) Please ensure that the attached accessories are complete when exchanging
(3) Each driver should be packaged independently in the original outerbox to avoid secondary damage to the product during transportation
(4) If the driver is sent back and confirmed to be not a product failure, but the customer’ s own negligence, mistakenly thinking that it is a driver failure, the company will not bear the freight (the customer’s own negligence includes: the wrong wire causes the driver to be damaged, the wiring is poor, the driver is damaged,
the operation error causes the driver to be unable to be used normally, etc.).

2.2 Non-product failue replacement

If you are not satisfied with the appearance or function of the product received and wants to replace it with a better drive, he can apply for a replacement service from the company within one week of receiving the product. After verification, the company will return the product,and the company will confirm that the product has been returned without damage to the appearance, complete accessories, and good packaging conditions, and replace other products for customers. For the replacement product, if there is a price difference, the difference will be made up by the customer.

Note: The replaced product will no longer be eligible for non-product failure replacement service .The round-trip freight and other expenses incurred by the non-product failure replacement service shall be borne by the customer!

3. About Return

The company provides 7-day return service for products with quality problems, if the product is received within 7 days (subject to the customer’s actual signature date) found that the product itself has quality problems, please communicate with our salesman or technical support personnel in a timely manner, and after the company’s technical support personnel confirm the quality problems of the company’s products themselves, the customer will send the original complete goods and their internal and external packaging, accessories and shipping bills back to the company by express or logistics.

If the customer still insists on returning the goods after being checked and confirmed by the company, the return shipping fee and all other costs arising therefrom shall be borne by the customer.

The following points should be taken into account when returning goods:
(2) The product must be in brand new condition and complete packaging, please send it back to the company by express or logistics;
(3) Problems caused by customers, such as damage to the appearance of the product and incomplete attached accessories, will not be accepted
(1) Refund method: Please contact the relevant departments of the company before implementing the refund;
